Single-family, 2-4 family and condominium appraisals are usually delivered within one week of the inspection. Most commercial assignments take about two weeks. Your service agreement always includes a delivery date.

Residential appraisals start at $1,500. Commercial appraisals typically range from $3,000 to $10,000, depending on the property, intended use and report requirements. We quote verbally and in writing before any work starts.
